Lessons on Limberg

Alexander Limberg was a reconstructive plastic surgeon who practiced procedures using materials. Rubber, linen, tin, paper and plywood were all used to experiment and visualise surgical outcomes.

Lessons on Limberg was a collection commissioned by The Wellcome Trust, forming part of the Skin exhibition at Wellcome Collection in 2010.
